That pork chop looks awesome. Had to be amazing.

The salmon looks perfectly cooked Very healthy dinner.
The salmon is flash frozen from Alaska and is awesome. Simply the freshest product I’ve ever gotten. Love it. Thanks for the kind words. 👍🏻

Chicken Shawarma Kebabs and Egg Fried Rice

Used the Weber Elevations Tiered Grilling System, marinated the chicken thighs for 6 hours and Boiled the rice and left to cool for 6 hours also before scrambling 3 eggs and reheating the rice for just under 10 minutes to make the fried rice

When was a kid, my all time favorite food was bbq shake n bake chicken. Loved it. There are pictures somewhere of bbq sauce up to my elbows, all over my face….

A future king was born... Sounds like you were raised right. I gotta go get some of the BBQ....
 
Using leftover brisket to make a chili…onion, bell pepper, garlic, diced tomato, tomato paste, black beans, corn, chili powder, paprika, cumin, and som pepper. Oh yeah and one bottle of Guinness stout. Probably 4+ lb of brisket.
