I did the update an hour before I wanted to cook and my EX4 worked just fine.The new Firmware became available today.....
What exactly is the problem? I assume it fluctuates which is how most smoke boost type technology works to my knowledge. It’s a self induced inefficient burn. Right?Only problem I'm having is Smokeboost not going below 210

At some point, it will auto update when the grill is turned on It might do it in the middle of a cook like some folks have reportedSilly question. How do you update. Did not see it on the menu.
I had to delete the app and start over with the update. Worked well first time.Cook is coming along, but now the only option from the app is to shutdown ?? I can't deactivate Smokeboost or change temp from the app. After changing the temp at the control panel, now the app shows multiple options.... DISAPPOINTING after all the time they had to fix this
