New controller came overnight. Was already preloaded with 5606. It does appear a little sharper than the original controller. First three pics are the new. Updated it yesterday and shipped overnight. Nice service

If you used the App to contact support, I've found that I never get a response from them via that contact method. At this point, I'm convinced that anything sent to them that way goes into a refuse pile somewhere, like those DHARMA research note capsules did in Lost.

I'd call their support number. Might have better results.

Emails with photos and maybe a follow up a few days later along the lines of “hey just making sure this made it?” has gotten excellent results for me.
