🔥 What's cooking on your SmokeFire/Searwood? 🥩

First cook on the SmokeFire .... roasted new potatoes, seasoned with EVO and Himalayan Sherpa seasoning, and a nice prime ribeye with Montreal Steak Seasoning cooked to a nice medium rare temperature. Not shown is the baby asparagus that were grilled while the steak rested. First cook went pretty well. Got in a bit of a time crunch at the end bringing it all together, but it was delicious!

Have a chuck roast marinating in the fridge for a slow cook tomorrow with the ultimate goal of poor man's burnt ends.
