🔥 What's cooking on your SmokeFire/Searwood? 🥩

Looks good! What method did you use to cook those?
i go pretty simple. Little olive oil and rub at 375. Usually flip at between 10 and 12 minutes then go another 10 or so. I like to get my wings up in 190 range. I pull and sauce and put back on for few minutes until sauce is sticky.

Thanks, I'll have to try that. I have a hard time getting the skin to crisp up.

I like to get skin nice and charred. Try to dry skin as much as possible before adding rub too. I’ve seen recommendations of adding a little baking soda. I tried it once and I think did help but I felt like I could taste it.

I'm living vicariously through this post - I tore my quad tendon on February 11 and had surgery last Thursday, so no going out to the Smokefire for a while! I have grillers envy now!
