Had to try the smoked cream cheese trend. Was pretty tasty. Did one with Holy Voodoo and one with Oakridge Dominator. Also did some cast iron skilllet crispy potatoes to go with dinner tonight.

Thanks! I like that much better than my thinking of hereā€™s another pic of the same old meal I do on a regular basis! Now mentioning me and that Canadian guy in the same sentence is truly a compliment. I wish I had half the skill and the creativity of the food he turns out. Itā€™s hard to keep from licking my screen every time he posts a photo.
