I grilled up some onions and peppers along with a nice flank steak and had fajitas. I donā€™t blame anyone for not believing me because I failed miserably at photographing the experience. Please forgive me I was entertaining some guests and it was like 100 degrees outside. šŸ¤­

Finally got around to a couple of fresh dough pies using the old pan I use at home in the oven. SmokeFire was very balanced at 450, it was delish.

Smoked some turkey breasts and reverse seared some pork chops. Finished on Genesis with some skillet potatoes.
