Thank you so much for posting this! I've made this several times and it's sooo good. Perfect recipe for a Sunday night dinner when you can let it marinade all the lazy day.
It's so good. Next time I'll prob try it with shrimps😁

Smoked a 10 lb Boston butt. Used Pork Barrel Q dry rub, smoked low and slow at 225 to 178, wrapped and smoked to 205, turned out amazing!

Chinese Pulled Duck with Grilled Flatbreads, Not on the Smokefire, but I so wish it had been designed or able to be modded to accommodate a Rotisserie, Weber have missed a trick I think.

Recipe from Weber site if interested. Coating it in Hoisin sauce at the end along with the rub at the start makes excellent flavoured skin as well

So where can I get just duck breast….that looks spectacular. Looks like more than just duck breast…but pulled duck tacos/flat bread….now that is definitely on another level!

Meatloaf was for dinner. Followed the Weber BBQ Meatloaf recipe. Turned out fantastic. Recipe allows for extra sauce to be warmed up to add for sandwiches or just for more sauce.

Wife wanted fajitas this Sunday for dinner with our son and his buddy. Marinated flank steak and chicken breasts overnight. Started at 250 for 20 minutes or so to get some smoke on everything and then cranked up 525 to finish it all. Love the touch of smoke the chicken had.
