I'm in the same boat. Pre-ordered in January. When February came around, there was an issue with a gift card on my account, they made me delete and then re-add the EX6... I then got an email that my grill would be available March 27ish! I was bummed, but they just updated it to a delivery date of Feb 17-19! Let's go!

GRRRR! Well, I think we all know that it will be worth the wait, but the weirdness of the changes in deliveries is upsetting.

I’m the same way. Mine shipped yesterday, said Feb 17th initially, then went to March 22nd. Chatted in to Amazon and they were again somewhat clueless and said they could change my delivery to Feb 20th. They have now compensated a total of $275 in courtesy credits on my Amazon account for all the issues so it’s not all that bad.

March 22nd is what they told me too. I canceled it and went with Weber and used a promo code SMOKEFIRE20 to get a bag of pellets and free shipping. Ordered it on Monday and got an email yesterday they have shipped it.

I just did the same thing. Thanks for sharing the PROMO Code! I began thinking that Amazon was likely to change my date again, so I just went and ordered it straight from Weber! Free shipping and a bag of pellets. Good deal.

IF your credit card has not been charged yet (like mine) you can cancel without any penalty. I have had Amazon let me down once already so I felt better just going straight to Weber. At least I know when they say it shipped it shipped. I used that Promo code and got free shipping and a free bag of pellets. SMOKEFIRE20 is what you put in for the code.

Lol mine said the same...but how can they determine an on time delivery date when they say we don’t know when it’s going to ship. I believe they truly have no idea when it will ship until it actually does.

Thank you but I think I should be good because I have tracking info and can see that it is in transit on the NSD website.

How long did it take from the time it shipped to it being delivered. Mine shipped on the 11th and is showing estimated delivery on the 20th, but is sitting in a warehouse about 2 hours from me right now.

Mine shipped on Monday (2/10) from Seattle and arrived in Des Moines on Wednesday. Delivered today.
