Looks fantastic, need to try it. What temp and how long? Pellet flavor?
 
I set it at 225, but it was going up to 295. I turned on smoke boost and it dropped back down a bit. I’d say average was probably 250. About 2 hours. Grillmaster blend by Weber
 
I put some Kinders regular bbq on one…not recommended. On the other i put sweet chili sauce…highly recommended.
