Weekday cooks

Had pork sirloin roast in the the freezer so i cut it into some chops . Also sliced up some sweet potato and grilled until tender on the inside and crispy outside

I have a real dilemma. I think I’m doing a brisket, but I might put it on Friday night and take it off Saturday. If so, is it a weekday cook or a weekend cook? Oh dear, I don’t know what I’m doing!

Did some beef kafta . Came out delicious . 400 for about 20 minutes . And yes i know it’s served with rice . Had some pasta leftover from last night so put some vinaigrette on it
