I was craving this particular Greek dish called Bifteki today. So went to the store and here we are. Bifteki is beef filled with feta cheese. I combined the beef with thyme, mint, smoke paprika powder, an egg and salt and pepper. Veggies and steamed potatoes also mixed with herbs used in the Greek kitchen. The bifteki is placed on a bed of homemade tzatziki, a golden combination.
