As I'm waiting again for parts and calling tomorrow for new parts I barely use my Smokefire anymore. I've been rocking my Kamado joe lately and wanted to share my creations even tho it's not made on a pellet grill.
From now on cooks I don't make on the Smokefire I'll just post in this thread and hope to inspire some of you with my cooks/plating.
