I got an email back from Weber customer service, seemed nice and genuinely concerned and willing to get it taken care of, so we shall see. I'm thinking tonight I'll remove the grates, flavorizer bars, and heat shield and see how the flame looks when it is going. Maybe I'll be able to notice if it isn't getting enough pellets or air.
