Last weekend’s dinner was a tri-tip roast reverse seared plus some wagyu beef burgers, both were fantastic (no Pics of burgers sorry). Last evening was competition style St. Louis ribs and Beef short ribs. Family loved the beef ribs but I solidified I’m definitely a pork rib fan over beef 🙃. Hadn’t had the chance last weekend to share. Been a little busy at work lately, we supply and repair equipment for manufactures.
