Yeah, I gravitated towards this design from the jump. It was frustrating the first 3-6 months but fortunately I had other options in case something went wrong which it did a couple times in the early days. Thing has been bullet proof for a long while now and the simple design features really shine through. I feel it’s as close to transformative as there has been since the pellet revolution.
I am puzzled as to how someone could have used their grill back in 2018 - 2019 and not flushed out the early regrettable issues that seemed pretty obvious and not earth shattering to resolve.
