Same here, plank used to be my go to when had time, haven’t used a plank since getting the SmokeFire. I use some butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, and s&p rubbed on top. Whole family likes it better this way.I did our last salmon on the grid as opposed to the cedar plank. Boss lady liked it even better sans plank. Nice looking meal. Love
