I did our last salmon on the grid as opposed to the cedar plank. Boss lady liked it even better sans plank. Nice looking meal. Love

Same here, plank used to be my go to when had time, haven’t used a plank since getting the SmokeFire. I use some butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, and s&p rubbed on top. Whole family likes it better this way.

Yup bone in nowhere to be found. Pulled 1 off at 3 am other 3 at 5... then grinding chukc ribeye and pichana and made some burgers. No pics, I forgot lol was really tasty
I foresee copious amounts of pulled pork for sandwiches in your future. Enjoy!
