Hello, all

I'm trying to help another Weber Owner having issues with their Model 6570001 S-330 Gas Grill, a unit that I am not familiar with. The Husband is undergoing Chemotherapy so I am going to try to get their grill back in operation. I haven't been to look at it yet but thought I would post a brief description of their issues in the hope that I will go there with some idea of what to look for when I do. Any info on known issues with this model grill would be extremely helpful. I'm assuming little maintenance/interior cleaning has been done so if there are accumulations of grease, etc., any tips on effective cleaning methods would be appreciated. Thanks!

"David, thank you for reaching out. I will take a picture of the grill tomorrow with the model number and send to you. We are unable to get the right-hand burner to work and the ignition switch isn’t working. Also we’d appreciate any advice on what we need to do to maintain it. Thank you."

Because one of the burners isn't working, have them remove the burner and clean it out. Spiders LOVE to make webs in there and it obstructs the flow of gas.

Also, turn off the gas on the tank & try "burping" the gas by turning off all of the burners, then slowly unscrew the gas hose from the tank. When you hear it releasing the gas and it stops, screw it back on, and slowly turn the gas on, lighting one burner at a time.

If the igniter isn't working, try changing the battery. I think it's a AA.

Good luck!
