How does a dessert theme sound for June?

Happy to go along with any idea. Can I suggest a cast iron theme for one the upcoming SOTM though

Dessert sounds good, Mrs Grills will be happy.
Although it needs to stop raining! 10 days solid and another 7 forecast.

Can I put forward a couple of suggestions for future months
1. Beer can chicken
2. Ribs (of any animal)
+1 for cast iron/skillet as well.
