Brisket and pulled pork sandwich with pickles and cole slaw . Don’t judges me! Pork took about 8 hrs with some all purpose and some bbq rub . Brisket took about 15 hrs with salt the day before and a mixture of pepper , ground mustard , ground chipotle , cayenne , garlic and onion powder before it went on

I might have to mention in the rules next month, no hot or smoked dogs :)
I don’t know how you could limit the good old dog?! To me that almost like limiting water for a shower. One of my favorite things is a good old hotdog with mustard. You can build a great dog anytime. So many ways to create one...

Agreed love a good hot dog. Sometimes with just mustard and other timEs with bunch of toppings. Though I love Brats even more.

Do t even get me going on brauts! There is a place here called Luke’s, from Chicago...omgoodness! Not to mention Dazzos, also from there. Teds hotdogs, indoor charcoal grilled dogs. And there is a gob if these Mexican joints that make these amazing dogs that are out of this world.

Teds Hot Dogs originated in my home town of Buffalo, New York. Before I retired I was in Phoenix at least once a month at our second largest office, and back then they were still serving only Sahlen’s Hot Dogs, another Buffalo tradition.
