Replacement hopper for EX4

Greetings. I'm having an issue with wood pellets not automatically feeding on SmokeFire EX4. I understand a replacement hopper is available that should solve the problem?

Do you have a Gen 1 or Gen 2 ?? The gen 2 had a change in the slope of the hopper
