Poor performance and reliability. Not good for cold weather so far.

One other thing I noticed is that If I try to adjust the temp from the app, that's when things have gone a bit haywire. I think if you put in a temp and keep it there it seems to be fine but if you adjust the temp at all to speed up or slow down your cook the controller doesn't seem to like that. Not sure if others have noted the same thing

UPDATE: Weber sent me new wiring for the controller and the fan. I had checked those previously and they "looked" fine and properly seated. It finally got up to 15 degrees today. Since I knew I would be working on the SF. I put a space heater under it and left the cover on for about 30 minutes. (There was no way the cover could have touched the space heater) I checked all the cables again and decided to try to fire it up before replacing them. The grill started right up and reached temperature without issue. Despite others operating in cold temps, I can only surmise the cold weather somehow impacted my unit. At any rate, I'm back in business and will keep the space heater handy if this happens again.

Was cold here in NJ today 26 degrees. First pic shows what the snow looked like near the grills before we cut a path. SF cooked flawlessly. Smokeboost for an hour , for 2 club steaks and a Cowboy. Then took it to 225 and the meats to 120. Removed from grill Then went to 350 and grilled some chick cutlets, hot dogs/ sausages and Rib steak. When those were done I went to 600 and seared the clubs and Cowboy steak. Couldn't get a pic of the Cowboy before it was consumed... Grill got to temps quickly, held temps and went to 600 rather quickly even in the cold. Great cook.... No leftovers

Glad it worked for you, although. 26 is pretty balmy considering the temps we've had here. This is a good example of what we have been seeing. 1/7 - High: 10.94ºf @11:55 PM Low: -23.62ºf @7:24 AM. We did get a couple of days of temps in the 30's the week of Jan 10th but that was it. The warmest day in two weeks is forecasted today at 31, but we plummet to single digits again tomorrow. I have been getting by with my Weber Gas grill but anxious to get the flavor of the SF again.

I'm in N Illinois and while not as cold as Wisconsin, plenty cold. I have no problems. I will say when its single digits or below the screen takes a while to warm up enough to read. I would suppose everything has a limitation. That said, I cook on mine all year around in all kinds of weather.
