Searwood 600 XL
Hi all,

On day 2 with my Searwood XL. Did fresh ground brisket meatloaf last night and doing a small (3.5 lbs) pork shoulder today as my "break-in" cooks. Looking forward to sharing feedback, recipes, tips, etc with you all!
