Genesis EXP-335 Does anyone have a lighted control knob that glows red

The left-hand burner knob on my Genesis EXP-335 is glowing red all the time. I've reset and changed the batteries. Still glowing red. The rest of the grill works fine including the knob lights.

Sounds like there might be an issue with the wiring or a faulty LED in that knob. You might want to check the connections or reach out to customer support for a replacement part.

Update 11-12-24: I did contact customer service, but the day they responded, the glowing red stopped. I think it was changing out all the batteries that did it, but I also let the unit unplugged for a while, so perhaps it reset. As of now the red knob is gone and everything is back to normal.
