Gift?!

I just received a notice from UPS that I too have a gift coming from MAS Premium, but they have yet to schedule a delivery date! One has to love the customer service and attention being shown by Weber on this roll-out; albeit an extended one.

I assume this is currently for US customers only?!
Hope Weber keeps in mind that many international customers had the same roller coaster ride with the SmokeFire.

I would give them time...they are still filling US orders, and these do not come directly from Weber, but rather from a third party premium & gift distribution company — mine were delivered yesterday — and there are logistical issues that need be addressed on international shipping.

I just got mine 10 minutes ago! Pretty impressed.....
 
I received mine yesterday and I did regester my EX4. They are also refunding me $200 since I purchased my grill 2 days before the price drop. I had contacted them in July when this happened.
