Also, people may take you more seriously if you don't continuously misspell the name of the company.

I did not complain about any smoke. I haven’t got the unit fired up due to software problems. WEBER, WEBBER, WHAT THE HELL DIFFERENCE DOES MISSPELLING THEIR NAME HAVE TO DO WITH ANYTHING?
YOU need to check that negative attitude. It will get you in some serious situations.

A troll? Then you believe what you want. These are the SAME photos I posted a month of so ago. Same EX6 unit that I’m still having problems with. Same unit that Weber will not contact me about. So you keep living in your little world where you can make accusations without providing factual information and I’ll have the satisfaction that individuals like you will slowly dissolve into little sub human pieces of left over waste that will simply turn to dust over short periods of time.

I was ONLY directed to the CEO a day or so ago. Haven’t heard back from him. In the meantime I’ll just hang around.

A couple weeks ago I called Weber around 9am on a Tuesday, and got right through. The customer support guy I talked to owns a smokefire, and got me squared away in just a few minutes. If you haven't been able to get help, try again in the morning?
