Nah, think I’ll just stay with my Weber unless - UNLESS - . HOWEVER, I’ll definitely keep that 640 in mind. I
“I” will be okay with COVID. Tested four times with three more to go AND will be getting my final Moderna shot. Come on out for the 4th.

I took a look at those $$$$$$ 640’s and was a little impressed. Wife told me to get more information on them. Hey, I’m flexible.
Lead time is really out there.

Better to turn around before you even get to it.

They are a good (but pricy) unit that wont let you down.
If they weren't $4700 ($6400 with the comp cart) here I would be all over it.

I just got off the phone with customer service. She has to check with her supervisor this Friday and see if they can simply swap mine out for a new one. If so, they will arrange to pick mine up and drop off a new one - no charge. If no charge then I’m assuming they will deduct the $880.00 I paid for this one, off the price of a new one. Either way is fine with me. I just want to grill some .

Did they swap it out for you? it shouldn't matter what you paid. I paid less than 800 for mine with my Lowes discount and they just swapped it out.

I am supposed to hear back from them today. IF, if they just want to refund my money, I’m seriously considering a YS640S pellet grill. Waiting for them to give me a solid price with shipping.
