EX6, 3, 22” kettles, 18” kettle and a e310 gasser
Picked a package of these at Costco. Seasoned good with Kinders SPG. On the SF at 325 for another 2 hours. Pulled off and made bbq sauce, apple juice, Valentina sauce mixture. Put in a foil pan with the mixture. Another 2 hours at 325. My goodness that sauce though...it’s stinkin good. Boxed potatoes au gratin...fried yellow squash. Also the Smoke Fire worked like a charm. Ran smooth, no issues at all.

Looks great! I often use that cut for mock burnt ends. They are leaner than belly which appeals to many people. Great flavor in those I bet.
