Not even sure what this is called. Saw in online and thought, I have got to try this.. will put finished up pics too.
lots of bacon in cast iron. Sausage, ground beef mixture. Onion, green bell pepper, and jalepeno. Kosmos killer bee seasoning. Sharp cheddar. Folded bacon over. Blues hog original all purpose seasoning on that. Then poured Kroger brand Kansas City style bbq sauce. On the SmokeFire at 400.

I laughed pretty hard at that gif!
this is what it looks like after an hour and a half. Going to suck as much grease as I can off. Then dive in.

Very good flavor, used a turkey baster thingy to take a ton of grease out. Then cut like a pie. I wanted bacon to be more crispy. The top was crispy, bottom not really, but it wasn’t all chewy either. I will make this again someday.
