Our Lowe's didn't show anything in stock, but when I dropped by they had pellets and covers!I keep looking to see if I can get them on Amazon with no luck yet. It looked like Lowes was carrying them in store, but I am not 100% about that. I may just have to use some of my Traeger pellets from the get go. Harry Soo says they work with other vendor's pellets. I would prefer using the Weber pellets if I have them.
That doesn’t sound right. I ordered this morning and I have a tracking number for shipment as of this afternoon.I’m still patient... ordered directly from Weber on December 10th... live in the greater Houston area and still shows “not shipped” on Weber’s website.

You need to speak to a supervisor. Also just tell them IF they can't sort it out today and give you definite info then you are canceling... or let your credit card company know you did not receive the order and have the charge removed. Sometimes this is the only language vendors understand. I am sorry you are going through this hassle.I’ve literally called three times. They took my money out on the 31st.
From Seko is 3 to 5 day shipping... Did they give you a tracking number?Still waiting for mine, preordered early, been shipping with SEKO since 2/10, but I think I might just cancel and go pick one up at Lowe’s
