My favorite pie is apple pie! Decided to try my hand at it. Turned out good so far. Set the temp to 405, with the plane being to darken crust, but with temp fluctuating between 320-405, I left it on for about 1.5 hours and it looks slightly golden. Now we just wait and see how it tastes.

What did you coat the pie crust with?
 
Egg white
 
I do not like apple pie, that is all runny and the apple stuff runs out everywhere. This did not do that. The crust was really good too! Just whipped some egg white up, and brushed it on. I was very pleased with how it turned out.
 
I will take mine with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream please. 😜
