Gotta say I’m real happy with the purchase, the stainless grate is a nice upgrade and it will be fun to mess around with the attachments, pizza on the pizza stone is on the horizon soon.

Yeah, I’ve been really pleased. The stuff isn’t cheap but high quality. I used the griddle pan tonight for the taters and onions. Love how it cleans up with the coated cast iron. Enjoy!

As you know I F’d up my griddle by trying to season it, finally got that funk off and can’t wait to give it a go tonight.
Thanks for the recommendation of the GBS grate and griddle.
