🔥 What's cooking on your SmokeFire/Searwood? 🥩

Holy voodoo is amazing
Yeah, just did these wings the other night and now it's the only seasoning my wife wants me to use on them. It's that good.

Great idea for a new thread:
I bounce around a little - sometimes Maker's 46, Woodford Reserve or Knob Creek (also like their rye). When out for dinner at a steak house I'll experiment with some premium pours - recently tried Weller 12 year.

I fired up the Searwood this afternoon and smoked two pork tenderloins. I'm not sure I ahve had better, juicier or more perfectly cooked pork. They came out absolutely delicious.

I used this great recipe from the excellent smoking-meat.com site. I didn't bother with the chutney, or even barbecue sauce. The combination of the maple syrup on the tenderloins, topped with a good rub was all it needed.
