And away we go. Doing baby backs for a change of pace. Used to do BBā€™s all the time but have switched to comp style Stl cut spares in recent years. One rack has killer bee honey chipotle and some sweet rub plus pecan rub. Second rack has honey hog and comp BBQ by Suckle busters long with some meat church holy gospel for color and kick. Utilizing the wet smoke pan for something other than drippings as I poured in some A&W root beer.
