I’ve been here looking, just haven’t been posting recently. Still loving my SF EX6. Been looking at griddles recently to add to the arsenal. Not sure if it will be a Weber or one of the other many brands. Haven’t seen too much in the way of comments on Weber’s griddle yet.
I do like the recent format changes.

I feel much the same as some of those commenting, the Flatrock is way overpriced in my opinion.
I tend to overthink some of these decisions so we will see.

What happened to BBQ King, he always had something to say.
I grill now more than I smoke and we had a terrible winter we are still trying to get out of. I’ve had my fill of rain.

Kids want some pulled pork so I am going to try and get that going.

For me I have been smoking meats and other items. Doing a pork shoulder today. On at 6:30 am with smoke boost till 7:45.

Came out great.

Thanks for reporting this! There was a problem with the captcha and it's now been fixed.
