What is the effectiveness of the measures taken by Weber?

LOL!! I think some of us should use a figure guard to protect us from over eating with all the cooking being done on our SmokeFire's (except for me..Seko's final destination carrier her in Tallahassee is a complete Joke. They have had my Grill since Friday and not even the company that hired them, Seko, can get in touch with them :-(

Yep it is very frustrating. It is not really a Weber issue (though they did chose Seko, lol..) I did go ahead and let them know so hopefully they can hold some type of accountability with Seko and they quit using the "Last Mile" carrier here they are using that has horrrrrrriiiibbbbbllllleeeee reviews on everything and has caused a lot of people to not get their stuff or get it really late or damaged and that company is a "Last Mile" for a bunch of freight shippers it looks like.

Anyways......finally got ahold of someone today. They scheduled a 1 to 5pm MONDAY delivery. I was not too happy since it will have been in Tallahassee for over a week before it is delivered 5 miles to my house.
