EX6, 3, 22” kettles, 18” kettle and a e310 gasser
On sale at frys/Kroger. Grabbed a couple, threw some Kosmos killer bee chipotle on them slapped em in the SmokeFire. Set it at 275. Will check in an hour to see what’s up. Planning on foil at about 160. Will ad more pics

Interested in the rub. That’s one of the few I have yet to sample. Let me know your thoughts upon completion. TIA
 
2.5 hours, at about 135 each rack.

Spritzed with apple juice every 45 minutes, or so. Just wrapped in foil, internal in the rack was approx 160, with apple juice in the foil. Cranked it to 325. Another hour and we will be good to go. Going to take off at 195
 
Bring it home!
 
Well...it’s been an hour, we’re still at 160-165...put her up to 375....fingers crossed...
 
Stuck the probe in and it went to 191, so just a few more minutes
 
Tried to do a Dutchie pic...for some reason it just doesn’t look like yours.
 
I got mine at the local Ace Hardware. They had several different kinds of rubs and sauces. Blues hog sauces and rubs, kosmos sauces and rubs....and some other stuff too.
