Weber Grill 'n Go Lights (Model 7661) Experience on the EX6

Thank you. Just put two of these in my Amazon cart. Taking them out!

The light hits on the SF front shelf.......
It will light up the front half of the grill. My head lamp probably works better.

I have owned 2 of the grill N go lights, the 2nd to replace the first after several rain events caused water to eventually find its way into the housing and corrode the circuit board. The 2nd I was more careful with and kept my Genesis pretty well covered when not in use, except for the times I didn't.

At any rate the 2nd one lasted maybe twice as long (6-8 months?) but in the end I wound going back to the LED headlamp which always makes in back in outta the weather. I liked the idea of the grill and go, but the housing design needed to be completely weatherproof instead of somewhat weatherproof IMHO, since any water that gets in eventually winds up in the clear lens at the bottom of the housing (when installed on the Genesis handle as shown).

My son got me these. Really bright. So far I’ve only used one of them. Magnetized really well to the front table.
