I'm a long-time Weber gas grill owner who jumped to the Searwood in June. My Wife and I have been impressed by the cooks ranging from simple grilled burgers to smoked ribs to reverse seared ribeyes. Everything has been EXCELLENT! I'm the Executive Director of a private university career center in Illinois. We both enjoy cooking and have several signature recipes.
