Did spatchcock chicken on Genesis. Was pretty good but not near as good as SmokeFire.

Finally got motor replacement tonight. Apparently FedEx thinks overnight means that’s how long it needs to sit in Memphis without moving.

Installed and fired up to 225 left there for few minutes and then set to 600 and hit it in 10 minutes. Pushing my luck and going to put an 8 lb pork butt on overnight tonight. Wish me luck.
