Tried my first attempt at spatchcock. Turned out fantastic, probably the best chicken I’ve ever made. Used two different rubs and two different sauces. Have some good leftovers too.

Looks good. Bet is was.

Did you experience any significant temp differences left to right during the cook?
 
My right side is generally a bit hotter than the left. I have an EX4.
