That app and a Boston Butt

I am new to this forum and to my SmokeFire! Being an innocent I try to follow instructions but had a problem when the app tells me to tightly wrap the meat in foil and continue cooking, even shows me a video to help - but shows no probe in the meat and you can hardly wrap with it in. Once you disconnect the probe you have no further instructions! Am I missing something?

I prefer butcher paper but that is not important. After you wrap it, stick the probe right through the paper or foil. And let her go until your set point.
