I did some pork tenderloin and some corn on the cob on my gasser couple nights ago. Then last night used the leftover loin to make a pizza.
Used creamy basil Alfredo sauce for the pizza sauce. Then layered some mozzarella. Then the chopped meat. Some purple onion, and bananapepoers. Topped with cheddar/mozzarella. Baked at 425 for about 25 minutes. Then drizzled SBR sweet Vidalia On
