You cook those on parchment paper? What temp?

Those look great. That is one of the first photos that make me envious of the EX6 size over my EX 4 :).
 
It's actually pizzas from our local brewery. They make delicious pizzas, but due to the current circumstances, they made them take and bake. Next time I will not use the parchment paper, just wanted to try. I cooked at 450
 
Pizza night!!
My grandson likes chicken Alfredo pizza, while Bonnie and I like a traditional pizza. Baked at 500F .
1) Place pizza stones on grate and preheat smokefire to 500F
2) make the dough and let it rise
3) Start the crust on the stones
4) Put your toppings on after the bottom is toasted.
5) Put the pizzas back onto the smoke fire
6) Remove the pizzas when the crust is brown
7) Enjoy

Does anyone know what size a pizza stone can fit on the top shelf? I assume too big may get in the way of the lid closing properly.

My Smokefire EX-4 arrives Friday and I am ordering 2 pizza stones for bottom & top (ordering 16.5" round for bottom).

That kettle pizza looks cool.

Did my first pizzas on SmokeFire tonight. Turned out pretty good though the one I took pic of got a little deformed coming off the peel. Still tasted good though.
 
Wow, you guys are over achievers. Papa Murphy's is five minutes from my house. The grilled chicken that they use really picks up the smoke from the SF.
 
I like my Pizzas from my EX6 ... smoked Pizza at is best!!!
