They are Epicurean cutting boards I believe. If so, they are highly desirable. Used throughout the food service industry. You should not be disappointed.

I got one and I believe it is.

Agreed I have a couple Epicurean cutting boards and they have been fantastic. Been through the dishwasher many times and holding up better than any other cutting boards we’ve had.

Not a big deal but I just assembled the shelves and followed the instructions. Seems that the screws they provided for the side bracket are too large for the slots in the bracket. The instructions CLEARLY show the phillips screws and not the allen head that hold the original handle on are to be used. Anyone else encounter this?
