Stuffed chicken breast

EX6, 3, 22” kettles, 18” kettle and a e310 gasser
Stuffed these chicken breasts with shallot, garlic, and mushroom and cream cheese mixture. Wrapped in bacon. Potatoes and chicken on the SF, at 350 for an hour, then cranked it to 415, for another half hour. Wife did the spaghetti squash inside. It was great.

Can you provide more detail on the cream cheese filling
If I remember right I used 2 8oz blocks of cream cheese. Added about a 1/4 cp of mushroom, chopped. About 1/4 cp of shallot chopped, and about a tbsp minced garlic, the mixed well.
