Soaked chicken breast pieces in pickle juice approx 2 hours. Made a flour egg buttermilk rinse. Covered in flour, dipped in egg/buttermilk. Back into flour. Heated oil on the stove to 300. About 6/8 minutes frying flipping once carefully half way through time. Toasted buns. Put on mayo, pickle. I also made a drizzle out of the oil with cayenne and brown sugar.
