EX6, 3, 22” kettles, 18” kettle and a e310 gasser
Was trying to think of a good party dish/food to do for the “super bowl” themed SOTM. Decided to do sliders. Italian meatball, and Philly cheese steak sliders, with potatoe wedges. Handmade the meatballs, smoked then doused with maranara. Onion, green and orange bell pepper, mixed with chopped beef. Smoked then added cheese to it. Buttered the Hawaiian rolls, and back on the SF till toasty, pic heavy.

This was done several months ago, but they where soooo good. I love sliders on those little rolls.
 
Yeah, I'd smash a few of those. I bet they're quite filling given the amount of stuff between the buns.
