I am finally cooking well after they replaced the entire grill. I would also look at the pellet slide and remove the auger and put it back in. My thought is these parts end up getting gunked up and stop working as well.

Like Replaced the ENTIRE grill? Is this after replacing all the PARTS? or just gave you a new grill?

they replaced a few parts and i was getting power failures where the grill was killing the motherboard or power supply. it was an early gen1. no issues so far at this point.

Just a lot of initial problems and then multiple ongoing medical problems. Got most of the INITIAL problems resolved. Medically- well that’s a longggggg story.
