I usually neglect sides done on the grill when doing meat and fish on the grill and end up doing them on the cooker indoors.
Anyone got some nice and easy or super tasty sides to go with the meat or fish you are cooking?
I have started experimenting with simple things like Asparagus or Green Beans in fried in butter and garlic in a skillet and Crispy Skin On Wedges (No Frying) on the Smokefire. Done these on the a couple of times (Reds + Maris Pipers) and have come out super tasty. Crispy on the outside & fluffy in the middle & the paprika adds tons of flavour to them.
